Aethel provides compliance automation tools for SEBI-registered Investment Advisors ("RIAs"), including:

• Investment Advisory Agreement (IAA) generation
• Compliance documentation automation
• Fact-finding workflow tools

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended exclusively for:

• SEBI-registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)
• Authorized representatives of registered advisory firms
• Compliance officers and support staff

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to circumvent security measures

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Aethel is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining Indian data residency.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Aethel platform are owned by Aethel and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aethel provides tools to assist with compliance workflows but does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Users are responsible for ensuring their practices meet all SEBI requirements.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
